Dorothee Munyaneza - Self-Titled

Available directly from http://www.luminary-records.com/
Best way to describe this one is to quote the website again...

Quote:
Luminary Records is a newly-established high-resolution surround music label based in London, UK.

Our first release for 2010 is the debut solo album of the Rwandan world music artist, Dorothee Munyaneza. Co-written with double Grammy-nominated Afro Celt Sound System member and producer Martin Russell, the album is released as a two-disc CD/DVD-A set which includes 5.1 versions in MLP high-resolution, dts 96/24 and Dolby Digital, Stereo LPCM and a dvd-rom folder of pre-diced mp3 versions with embedded artwork, desktop wallpaper and web links plus several extras. There is a micro-site devoted to this album here.

Dorothee initially gained worldwide exposure following her film music debut in collaboration with Martin Russell on the soundtrack of the 2004 feature film "Hotel Rwanda". Her subsequent collaboration with Afro Celt Sound System as a guest singer on two tracks of their 2005 Real World Records release, "Volume 5 - Anatomic" was greeted with critical acclaim, her impassioned singing making her instantly popular among the devotees of the band worldwide.

Another K-Scope release, this time from the mighty Anathema, called
"We're Here Because We're Here".

Again, quoting directly from Burning Shed

Anathema - We're Here Because We're Here - special edition (CD/DVDA digibook)

Anathema return with ‘We're Here Because We're Here’, the band's first collection of new material since its highly rated 2003 concept album, ‘A Natural Disaster’.

A multi-coloured, multi-layered and intensely emotional work, ‘We're Here Because We're Here’ has been mixed by Steven Wilson (Porcupine Tree/No-Man), who has described it as, “definitely among the best albums I've ever had the pleasure to work on,” and further develops the band's uniquely melancholy brand of epic song-writing.

--------

This limited special edition version of the album comes packed in a rigid digi-book with a 16 page booklet and features the album on CD plus a DVD-A with a 5.1 surround mix of the album.

Available also in bundle with t-shirt.

Burning Shed is a great service run by artists for artists. If at all possible, I highly recommend that you buy from these guys where possible.
